I entered this location to copy some documents. I asked the employee at the front of the counter if they can make copies of this document. I also stated very nicely “I’d prefer if you don’t look through the document” due to personal information. He then proceeded to look through it and then stated I had to get them notarized. I explained to the employee that broke my privacy, I needed copies of this document to get them notarized and I’ll take care of the notary. He then rudely explained to me that he wasn’t going to make the copies without being notarized. Once again I explained that I can not copy a notarized paper. Again he very rudely interrupted and said there is no law stating you cannot copy notarized papers. In fact there are laws stating that a notarized copy is not legal. Not only does this employee think he knows the law. But he is the rudest customer service representative I have ever seen. I said thank you for giving me a hard time and left. For some reason it seems there are multiple complaints coming from the same location and I can believe this is the same person. I am filing a complaint to UPS for violating my personal privacy, misinformation, and just straight terrible service. If I can give 0 stars I would. I am looking forward to seeing the rebuttal for this review. Just like others

Every time I come to this UPS store they are never open! It says online that they open up at 8:30 but nobody is ever there there's usually a line of people standing outside as well because everybody thinks it's open so we all have to get back in our car and come back later such an inconvenience and maybe you should put the hours that you actually open on the window so the public knows.

Some might say they're rude. Some might say they don't care about customer service. But I hate making small talk when I'm trying to ship something urgent in the middle of my work day, so this location meets my needs exactly. I'm additionally grateful to them for this review section, which is comedy gold. I've been a customer for years and I don't know what your names are, and I thank you both sincerely for that.

My Amazon delivery person keeps telling me that no one is at the UPS Store when they say they are open at 8:30am. I'm on vacation this week and have been waiting at the location since 8:15am but no one came in on time to open. It is now 9:20am and over a dozen angry people have come and gone. The staff needs a serious wake up call.
