If I could put 0 stars I would. No One answers the phone or really is enthused to help, even if I walk in. It seems hard to get an actual help. I wish I could get paid to not do a job. I got a letter in the mail for SNAP asking if I can prove I'm not working. What proof would I have besides my own word that I am not working? So I didn't have the answer, I tried to call nothing for weeks didn't even hear back from them. Now I'm going to loose my SNAP. THANK YOU WELFARE!!!

They are very helpful. If you have any questions on any kind of help that you might need they will assist you as best as they can. If it's something that's not related to what they can do, they make sure that you know where to go and what you need to do to get the help that you need. They're always are very kind and sympathetic and understanding towards you. You never have to feel awkward about going in and asking for help.

my partner makes to much money monthly so they adjusted his income before taxes get taken out if they would understand how difficult it is paying a bunch of taxes and paying for me and our daughter aka the law screwed us
