There was only one individual there at 3:40 to assist all 21 individuals. Not everyone can spend 40 minutes to an hour to get their license.

My wife and I had the most positive experience getting our Idaho drivers license. The entire staff is professional and a wonderful model for superlative customer service. We were treated with dignity and respect throughout the process. Thank you! You made our day.

Wow, first of all I would like to saydespute regulations to accommodate this lovely pandemic this was by far one of the best experiences at a dmv. The ladies at the desk were very very kind and absolutely helpful. Patiently answering my questions and being understanding as well. The woman who checked me in was also very kind. Despite dealing with angry customers (I witnessed one get snarky and have an attitude) they continued to be kind, smiling everyone. Great professionalism. Great service. These people are working diligently through these trying times and they didn't bat an eyelash rock on ladies.

No appointments are necessary for vehicle registration or drivers license. I would suggest that you stop in person or call and the clerks can inform you of all that you may need to bring.
