I’ve been a patient of Dr. Ragas Office for 5+ years . I always am treated with kindness and respect, the front Desk lady’s Irene and Teresa are the sweetest . I feel like my health is in the best hands my MA Sarah is always helpful and on top of any thing that I may need. I just want to let all the ladies there know that they are wonderful at what they do add to Beverly the office manager I wish more doctor offices had one of you managing their team I appreciate everyone of you. I would highly recommend you to anyone looking for a doctor office!!!!

Usually relatively good services. However, I was not able to get a very necessary referral for a month because their voicemails were not being sent to them? They need to let their patients know what is going on so that we can get the services we need when we need them. UPDATE 2mos. Later: The initial office staff and doctors are kind. Yet, STILL fighting them every single time I need a referral. NO communication. NO professionalism. If you are young and have serious medical issues DO NOT GO HERE. They will give you attitude and not take any of your health needs seriously. The referral specialist obviously does not enjoy her job or have respect for her patients. I have never had such an issue with my primary care office. Will be changing primary care doctors immediately.
