Great local water sports shop and sun beachwear outlet. It’s small but it has a lot of inventory. Prices are ok, but the sales and specials are pretty hot. Nice staff. Good location just a few blocks from the London Bridge. VictorB

I will never spend a dime in this store again. My family and I come to Havasu 6-7 times a year and every single time we come here we come and spend $600-$700 dollars. Between shoes, and bikinis and yeti products and sunglasses it’s not hard to do and we like supporting locally owned stores. I got my wife a pair of sunglasses and when we opened the box we noticed the lens were separated from the frame. So I brought them back to the store, not for a refund but for a simple exchange and intention to buy 4 more pairs for my kids and some other stuff they wanted. Instead I was told “sorry we don’t do returns or exchanges the warranty is from the manufacturer contact them”. This came directly from the owner. You sold me broken goods then pawned me off when it was brought to you attention. Find somewhere with better values to spend your money with.

Follow you around as if you are stealing. Over helpful. I shop without my kids to be alone and actually look at things and focus. (Moms you know what I’m talking about.) Not to to bothered by pushy employees. They’ve had this problem for years. Since they were Shoes Plus in the Safeway plaza. You’d think they’d figure it out that it’s highly annoying to customers by now.
