Budget friendly place to stay for a nice weekend getaway. Hotel is in a great location with plenty of places to eat and within walking distance to London Bridge Beach. Staff were pretty friendly and very knowledgeable about the area. Our room had a balcony facing the parking lot which had a nice view of the water. The beds were comfortable, but my only suggestion would be to switch the layout of the room if possible so that you could charge your phone by the bed instead of the other side of the room. We also had a mini fridge and microwave. There were a few small things in the room not working properly, but overall, it was perfect for the price we paid and better than staying at home for our anniversary. If you aren't looking for anything super fancy in a nice price range, I would recommend this hotel. It provides the basics, helpful staff, and a great location for beach fun and food!

Innergized From Within

Ceiling falling down in the bath room over the tub, mold in the shower and on the shower curtain. Towels appeared dirty and were folded nicely. Green nasty carpet that was wrinkled. Mattress on the bed was super soft, no support and you could feel the springs. This place was definitely misrepresented by pictures on line. Nice location but very dirty.

We have come here for 11 years as long term guests. We stay for 2 1/2 months. We love it here. The staff is so fun and helpful. We consider this motel the best in Havasu. We all have beautiful views from our rooms and in a very short walk we are able to be at the two beautiful parks. It’s the only hotel that has this advantage. We can walk to several wonderful restaurants. On the main level, we gather with others and are encouraged to do so. We have a great time with our winter friends. It may be a older hotel, but for us it is just like home!

Nice and honest staff. They're really underdogs. Everything was broken or didn't work fully. Our original room didn't have a working heating/cooling unit. Service immediately switched us to a new room which was great! But the new room had a couch cushion missing and the water was cold from the bathroom.
