take my balloons to fill them, then you fill it. he started to empty himself he said it wasn't his fault that he was defective. the clerk opened the package in my face and it was in perfect condition. if it had been defective she would hardly have been filled. they did not return my money. They stopped serving me because of other customers. the worst… I don't recommend them.

Well I had a horrible experience with party city because there they allowed me to purchase items that were out of stock , that was $200 temporarily down the drain until a refund was issued , so I found this place the same day because regardless I needed 100 red balloons , they were about to close and they still made it happen , even helped putting them in my truck because whew that was a struggle , I appreciate their business and will be supporting them moving fwd , I got all 100 balloons safely to my friend and she was so happy she was in tears of joy
