The worst hospital I’ve ever had to work with. If you are pregnant go literally any where else! They won’t let you see a doctor. No exaggeration, you cannot see a doctor. I have tried to be schedule with an actual doctor…not a rotating random nurse for my pregnancy visits and they won’t let you. They want me to see a random nurse for each visit. I’ve asked to speak to managers I’ve asked to be schedule out further so the doctor might be more available, I’ve tried everything and I still can’t see a doctor and I’m in my third trimester and I’m not allowed to see the doctor who is scheduled to do my c-section. I have an extensive health record with previous heart and spinal complications that puts me in a high risk category and they don’t care. Idk how they are able to get away with this. Do not go here. I have had nothing but headaches working with them.

I have been calling and trying to schedule an appointment with them for weeks now, I am 28 weeks along and just had to move states. My initial phone call they told me they wouldn’t discuss anything with me until they saw my chart from my previous dr. which didn’t seem like a big deal. However my dr and I have both been trying to reach out to the facility, calls and fax, to no avail. The line actually just disconnects when I call now… I’ve called the main hospital and been transferred, which worked to get ahold of them, but they still wouldn’t accept any way of me transferring my chart. They told me my dr could fax it, which they have already tried and couldn’t get through. This is really disappointing considering the other reviews of this place make it seem amazing, but I guess I need to find something else…

Just got a call 2 days before my appointment that has been scheduled for a month now that they can't see me due to missed appointments from another provider that I was having issues with. I've talked to them numerous times prior to this and this is really poor communication and customer service. Beware and go somewhere else. ****Update: I ended up giving birth at this facility and the experience was actually good. The nurses and doctors were very informative and professional. The facility was clean and the food was great. So I changed my rating from a one star to a four.
