Great value and wonderful owners. I moved here within the past year and have had a great experience with both the owners and TJMG properties. Maintenance requests are usually addressed within a few days. The covered parking is worth every penny. Security cameras are all over the place and we get constant updates about what is happening around the property. Rooms have been renovated recently and are well cleaned before move-in. There are some "quaint" nuances such as peeling bathroom paint and cabinet veneer. Honestly I overlook these for the price and stellar service. Solid starter apartment in the Syracuse area.

I took a tour of the inside and outside of this beautiful building before new ownership took it over, and seeing pictures of the work after. This place is awesome. The new management has given this place new life! A huge fan of the little details they are putting in to give the residences a safer more inviting atmosphere. Kudos!

Really enjoy the Tipp Hill area. This place is very convenient to public transportation. My apartment is very nice and the place feels safe. I would recommend this apartment building.

Great location in the Tipp Hill area. Easy walking to nice places and it's located on the bus line. My apartment is very clean and the building has a nice feel to it. Glad I rented here.
