I don't know what happened to this place, but it has turned into a dump. Visited yesterday and there was just things thrown about everywhere in boxes on the floor on one side instead of on shelves like it used to be.. No clear paths. Certainly a hazard for anyone in a wheelchair. They use to have really great picking days in the bins, but nothing in the bins was worth the $6 they were charging yesterday. Two of the staff were hiding around the corner from the manager near the back, sitting on their phones and wouldn't help us when we asked to locate something. Another could be seen through the door area laying down on a cardboard box where they put their pallets they get fresh from trucks. The whole store looks different than it used to. Ever since they had to close their Gaffney location it seems like this Shelby location has also fell victim to poor management. It's time has come and went. Avoid at all costs. Go to Bin 5 instead.

I don't get the appeal of this kind of shopping experience. I went on Saturday afternoon and really didn't see anything I thought was a good buy. Target returns
