I believe there is a shoe repair shop on N. Lafayette street. And there is one in Mooresboro. Shope's doesn't do repair unless possibly you got the shoes there.
This is a great store. They will be able to help you or tell you exactly who can. My son has flat feet and he gets his work boots here. They are awesome
