My wife Dorothy and I lived here, had a great view of the square w Ben Franklin and his various bits of wisdom here an there through the park. We had some nice friends there Margarett, and Jim and Maria Gauthier. Hopefully Dinosaurs is still up the street. We were there for about a year and a half, rough winters but when the spring came, it was nice.

My husband and I searched for an apartment in Syracuse for weeks and by luck found One Franklin Square. We lived there for one year and thoroughly enjoyed it. The location cannot be beat (safe, right outside of Franklin Square Park and the creek walk, you can walk to Armory Square, and it's minutes away from SU). The building is extremely quiet (we NEVER heard anything above, below, or beside our apartment walls). The apartments are newly renovated and priced way lower than the surrounding loft apartments. The staff is amazing and very professional and the people that live there are so sweet and neighborly. If you are lucky enough to snag an apartment here - do it. You will be happy you did.
