B-RIGHT There Shuttle

I’ve been trying to contact this shuttle service for three days and the phone goes right to voice mail. What shuttle service doesn’t answer the phone?

Dudes name was Chris. Showed up with no shirt on reeking of alcohol. Was late and seemed bothered by our presence. Would not recommend sending children with that guy.

I just moved to Havasu in June and I had never heard of these shuttle services. I had heard about places like Uber and taxis and what not but until I moved here I was unaware of shuttles. After finding out about them I called and used all the local shuttles in town and so far B-Right There is the best in my opinion. The drivers are very nice and much more presentable than the other companies in town. Anywhere you go inside town is only $6 so definitely no complaining about that and most of the time they tell me 20 minutes or so and it only take 10-12. Anytime I've ever had an issue which has only been once I called the dispatcher and spoke to him directly and everything was resolved and I even got a free ride card valid for one free trip. The owners are great people and have always been nothing but kind to me and my brother so I highly suggest this company over all else.

Take my advice and DO NOT use them !!! I called 2 hours early for a pickup to a Birthday dinner and when it was time to be picked up 20 min later still no cab. Tried calling and all you get is a voicemail. This was a holiday weekend so I gave plenty of notice to be picked up but was lucky enough to get an Uber. I would not even give them a star but guess you have to give at lease one to write a review.
