Me and my husband had ordered some Cool Greys at this store 3 WEEKS AGO and never received a call to tell us that the shoes we ordered were already sold. On April 16,2022 is when we had pre ordered them around 11am-1pm. The girl who was helping us had checked in the system and said they were available in my size and was able to put in the order and it will be at the store within next week. We pre-ordered them then left, but the following week that it was suppose to come in…my husband went there and the employee said that the shoes has not came in, yet never gave us a specific date of when it will be delivered. Every weekend my husband had went into the store and my shoes still has not came in and there were no information on what had happened to my order when finally today he spoke with a guy and he told my husband that my shoes has been SOLD!! If they have been sold why didn’t anyone inform him that the other store had sold the shoes that we put in an order 3 weeks ago! It’s obvious that no employee does not follow up with customer’s orders, yet the communication between the employees is definitely poor!!!! The manager needs to train his/hers employees on how to better communicate with customers.

I think the staff is overall very helpful although at times a few of them can have a bit of an attitude... Prices are decent for some things like women's shoes (not sneakers), the apparel I think is overpriced but it sells nevertheless so maybe I am wrong...
