Purchased 5 hours of parking through parking app, arrived within the allotted time however no parking spots available after 15 minutes of driving around. 8 other cars in same situation. Waste of time

I parked here yesterday from 11am to 7 pm, and used the Parkwhiz app. It was $20 and had no problems with scanning the code. Make sure not to grab a ticket if you buy parking in an app. I was scared to leave my car unattended since a lot of people in other parking garage reviews have said that theres a theft ring, people come to garages and break windows to take stuff. however there are security cameras in the garage and a security guard in the front entrance of the building supervising. I felt much safer leaving my car here.

Cost effective location. Just keep your eyes open when entering and existing the parking structure as there are a lot of homeless people in that location. It us however a secure place than parking out in the open or on the streets.
