After 22 days still no update on when the refrigerator repair will be done,if at all. So far not happy. Very difficult to speak to anyone actually able to do anything to speed things along. They were very quick to take $100.00 dollars out of my account before sending out someone to look at the appliance but have not heard from the repair company since then.

Sears customer for 27+ years. 3 year old water with protection plan, leaking all over the basement. Sent 3 party technician who said it can’t be fixed needs to be replaced. If I didn’t hear from Sears by Monday call them. After over 6 hours on the phone between Monday and Tuesday, on hold most of the time, was told it would take a couple of days to process. Over a week later still nothing

I had an appointment scheduled Friday, June 26th to have my dryer repaired. I noticed that the some of the parts my technician ordered had not arrived yet. Since I hadn't heard from anyone about this issue, I did the decent thing and called my technician to let him know, so he wouldn't go out of his way for nothing. I received the tracking number from your support team and everyone was aware that the parts would arrive later that day. The next available appointment was given to me, which was for June 30th between 8-12. I confirmed with the person I spoke with that this appointment would definitely stand, knowing that the parts were now on schedule to arrive. They said, “yes it will definitely stand.” So flash forward to my scheduled appointment on June 30th. It’s 1 PM. I'd taken time off work and am waiting around for my technician to get here to finally fix this dryer. He's an hour late, so I reached out to your customer service again... only to be told that MY APPOINTMENT HAD BEEN CANCELLED because I did not "confirm that my parts arrived." I was NEVER TOLD that I had to reach back out and confirm my appointment. In fact, even if I had been told to do that, I find that to be extremely unprofessional. It should NOT be up to the customer to confirm appointments that have been clearly scheduled. PLUS, I was never even notified that your team canceled the appointment, until I reached out wondering where the technician was... I made it clear that I wanted this dryer fixed THAT DAY but your team could not work with me on that. I was firm that this needed to be resolved that day but had no choice but to settle on a July 2nd appointment. I was granted a measly 20% coupon for this, which I COULDN’T EVEN USE because I was forced to prepay for the service on June 16th, when the technician diagnosed the issue and ordered the parts. I’ve talked to several customer service representatives on the service page chat, Facebook, and via phone and not a single person could help me. I am beyond frustrated with this entire situation. Your team had the tracking number, so there's absolutely no reason why you couldn't have verified that the parts arrived. This should not be the customer's responsibility, and the lack of communication and professionalism that has been displayed is astonishing. My only request was to have my dryer fixed the day of my scheduled appointment and somehow that was not an option. A 20% coupon that I couldn’t even use was both insulting and idiotic. So, I ask for the 20th time..... how are you going to make this better?
