What’s the point of a test if you are never going to get the results? I find myself asking this after I requested several routine tests. I was promised the results within 3-5 business days and now at the two week mark I have called several times only to be put on hold and eventually told that a nurse or doctor will call back with said results. Well, still no call from the office. I have tried using their online portal but was told there is a “glitch” in the system which prevents me from viewing these results. It amazes me that a task so incredibly simple as sending results to a patient takes this much effort on the patient’s end. I really hope that I never am faced with something important for them to handle. It’ll most likely be lost in some administrative blunder. Overall, horrible service run by a group of incompetent people. Amazed these people are able to practice medince. Something needs to be sorted out.

They are friendly and a nice place for minor emergency or illnesses they are busy but it's worth the wait. They have an urgent care and an occupational medicine. This is better than the emergency room. They are open until 8:00 in the evening. Very pleasant atmosphere. It sounds like the people who work there are happy.

after 4 appointments, they couldn't locate work orders for xray. then they take xray,never send to doctors office. did it again recently and now I have to go back and acquire CD of xrays for foot doctor. I'm driving 80 miles to do this answer each time I am disappointed due to lack of information. perhaps it's my doctors office dropping the ball, I don't know. I guess it's time to switch doctors . unfortunately the high Desert has chappy physicians and my doctor is fantastic so I really hate to switch.

worst hospital in ca took 7 hours just to stitch up a wound and billing is so messed up don't even send a bill then pushes off to collection. Shittest hospital on earth.
