Steelcase has a rather perplexing business model. They seem to have no interest in customers trying out their merchandise. Why do I say this? I've made repeated inquiries for an appointment, all of which were ignored. After reading through other Google and Yelp reviews, I'm clearly not alone. The existence of this showroom is mystifying. I have no idea if there is a staffing shortage or a pause in service due to COVID challenges, but if so, indicate that on the website and stop prospective customers from wasting their time.
