Rude associates, manager has a godly complex. They treat their customers with attitude and like you are a bother to them. The day they close this store or hire a complete new staff I’ll be happy. They are all trash and these reviews speak for themselves.

Only 2 people at the register with very long lines! It's obvious that Staples or at least this particular branch that services this community does NOT care about good customer service. They'd rather save money by not hiring enough employees or not paying enough to have more employees while inconveniencing their customers! Terrible experience from a company this big!

This place is quick and easy when you need supplies, my only problem is with ups package drop offs. It's hit or miss with that. I have been fortunate enough to experience a quick scan of my package and I'm gone, but most of the time this section of this particular staples is badly mismanaged and you can wait upwards of 20 mins to just have someone acknowledge you and scan your package.

I have been shopping here for years. No complaints really. Customer service has never been an issue. If you are looking for general supplies for academic, buisness, office, etc. Their prices more often than not. Indeed are higher when compared to other stores. The good news is Staples does do price comparisons. So you can haggle. Frankly most stores do it for two basic rasons. 1) They are jacking up the price and they know it. 2) Competition. In a few months I will be in need of a new cable modem. They once again won the distance and logistics numbers. Even when you return something. A lot easier than mailing it. Forces you to commit to the tasks.

Yes, you can scan and send documents as well as print them. You can also receive faxes, and documents sent to the store via email can be printed.
They should have them but you should call the store so they can check the inventory or order online and they'll tell you which store has the most on hand.🤷👍✌️✌️🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲
