Louis and James are the best. We used their company for a Summer camp event and the kids absolutely loved it the slip and slide and inflatable obstacle course. They delivered and set it up an hour before we needed it, and were flexible in changing the time period we needed it for. Very friendly and professional! I can’t recommend enough. They made the whole process very easy for us so we could focus on the campers and next thing you know the setup was ready for us exactly where we wanted it.

I cannot recommend Empire Party Rentals enough for the professional services they provide. The whole process has been seamless. They are the only company I've found that has an accurate inventory of their items for specific items which made the whole process efficient when I was ready to book my rentals. Louis and his team were super communicative when they were ready to deliver and reached out the night before to outline their procedure. They were even able to accommodate a change in schedule when I had a last minute meeting come up and came back later in the day when I was free. I was impressed with the care they took in the setup and made sure that I was happy with the setup in the yard for the tent and bounce house. They sanitized the entire bounce house and even took an extra 30 minutes at the end of their long day to clean all the chairs individually when they noticed they weren't up to their standards. I highly recommend Louis and his team for your event!
