I Custom order tires last Thursday. Nice guy! Made an appointment for this morning at 8:00am. Says on the door opens 7:45am. Guy shows up at 7:50am. He said he needs 10 min. He took my keys and said 90 min to 2 hours. I show up at 935Am. My truck in the parking lot were I left it. The guy was out side moving cars in that came in way after me. He told me to wait. 950am he says “oops sorry, I don’t know what they are doing back there?” “You can be next!”, Really? No Integrity. I took my deposit back and left. They are disorganized, unprofessional, with no respect for client’s time or money. We are Town Fare Tire, where “Oops to bad so sad” is our motto with no smile. Never again and I do not recommend this place of business,

You won’t get better care or quality tires anywhere else! Eric and his team put extra attention into you and your auto needs. They have an amazing selection too. Sometimes I like winter tires for snow and sometimes I need a good deal. They can provide all of that to you. Check them out, you won’t regret it :)

I always have a great experience with Town Fair Tire and that remains today. Eunice has exceptional customer service! She took the time to break things down for me and ensure I had all the information to make the best decisions for my vehicle. She made me feel at ease putting my vehicle in their hands and didn’t break my pockets while doing it. For that, I thank you Eunice!

Been going to Brockton Town Fair Tire for years. Always have a great experience with Eric. He takes he’s time and makes sure he get you exactly what you want!!! I been dealing with him for years, there is no one else to compare his outstanding customer service. I would never go anywhere else because of him!
