I wish I could say good things about this company, but the truth of the matter is the owners don’t live up to the company name and it’s meaning. As an ex employee of Good Faith, safety for workers was not a priority even though they claim to care only by paper and word not in action. It also affected the patients who must travel in unsuitable Transportation vehicles. If you’re looking to work here just some advice take it or leave it. The company have a standard way of doing things, and when you see something that needs attention or fixing be prepared to be called the complainer and get use to hearing the same excuse or explanation.

Used them today for first time today to transport my son by gearney to a docotors appointment to Kaiser Riverside.. They were on time which was a huge plus. The driver's Vince and Damien were so nice and had great customer service. They made sure my son was confortable and safe while being transported to his appointment. Would highly recommend them again. .

I have known Good Faith Medical for over 3 years now. Connie and her staff are constantly concerned about how the patients are treated. More than that, though, she is licensed and bonded in every city where she transports, and has all Title 22 requirements covered. Every i is dotted and T crossed, and that's a must!
