Disabled veteran that needs handicap parking permit. I am struggling to walk using a cane. Would not be seen as a walk-in. Told appointment only by receptionist, no exceptions. Must wait until next week to be seen. 20+ minute hold to call in. I have to struggle in the meantime. I was able to walk-in under previous tax collector. I will NOT vote for Charles W. Thomas under these circumstances. Would rate 0/5 if I could.
