Well I have had not 1 but TWO great experiences with Gino as he handled both of my closest friend litigations and provailed on both!!! Gino we can’t tell u how grateful we are , he has been incredible! Before Gino handled the 1st case it was in litigation for almost 4yrs and Gino took over then prevailed this case in a year ! The 2nd case was another great WIN so all I can say is you sure are one great attorney and also a thank u to John McGuire as he was overseeing these cases as well but GINO u sure got things accomplished and also the communication was another great asset as he always kept the updates and that’s another bonus for this attorney THANK U SO MUCH !

I had a wonderful experience with McGuire Law Office. They made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions. They have a way of making you feel like you are their only client. I worked with Mindy on my auto accident case and her response time couldn't have been better. Very efficient, highly recommend!

It depends on the type of case. Its best to have an experienced attorney review the facts of your particular case to find out what options are available to you. Call our office to schedule your free consultation today 727-446-7659.
Mr. McGuire showed me that he had integrity. With that being said there still nothing wrong by asking for another opinion, if that is what you are looking for.
Go to the court house and file for eviction first try 7 day notice first and offer back the security deposit. If thay don't work go to the court house and file the 30 days.
