Customer service was great and my order was correct but I got severe food poisoning from eating here. I ordered a 4 for $4 and a small frosty, and I spent the next day vomiting so much that I had to go to the hospital. The doctors gave me cancer patient-grade anti-nausea medication. I am never eating at Wendy’s again in my life.

Swung by during a busy Wednesday lunch rush. The McDonald's line blocked the main road and made it difficult to get into Wendy's (and the other place next door) but that isn't any fault of these guys. Line moved fast, drive-thru order taker was polite but quick and thorough. Food was waiting for me at the pickup window. Fries and sandwich was hot. The other reviews had me skeptical but the team working on 4/27/22 absolutely killed it! Great job and great experience.

Burger was old and just warmed up with fresh cheese on it. The vintage way location sucks. I'm sorry that was my last time. And they didn't even give me a receipt.

Line was long but the service was good and the line moved rather fast despite how many people were there. However the problem was when we ask to substitute the drink for a frosty in the meal and the frosty was a bite size cup. When asked to get a bigger size frosty it was an extra 2.39. But why is it so much? I might as well had it as an additional item and got the size we wanted...
