I used to eat there growing up. I moved to another state that has no Krystal restaurants. So whenever I go back to visit with family it's a nostalgic stop that I make. Long story short, I'm done with the nostalgia. Could take a lesson or a hundred from chick-fil-a on customer service. And the food was nasty to say the least. Someone told me that most of the Krystals were going out of business. Definitely see why. Trash.

I haven't had this food in a long time. But the burgers and fries were delicious and fresh. The staff was nice. The only drawback was the inside seating/service was closed. But they were very efficient in the drive thru line.

Ordered a sackful with 12 burgers with cheese and no onions. I was told to pull up and had to wait in the car for 15-20 mins with other cars waiting and the food was cold by the time i got it and some of the burgers had onions... Smh not a good experience at all

My husband just got back with the order, and there was a bite taken out of his sandwich! Which was supposed to be a shrimp box. It was 3 pieces of shrimp on a bun with a bite taken out. How disgusting! This place needs shut down ASAP!! DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!! You pay your money just to be disrespected!!
