This Wendy's location is absolutely terrible. They are too lazy to open the lobby half the time. The employees are beyond rude all the time and it's a good day if I spend less than 15 minutes in the drive through. They have also made my order incorrectly multiple times and the employees have an attitude when they are asked to fix it. Easily the worst location I've ever been to.

Zonna is the best with always a smile and kind attitude! I love her and she caused me to come back to This location more after, best Wendy's ever, give that woman a raise!!

Food was better than Wendys on Murfreesboro rd but fries were cold just like last time and it sucks to get cold fries. Girls attitude at the window was bad but she did her job anyway. I guess we have come to expect this these days though.

Order Frostycino with lite ice. Cup was 3/4th ice. I complained that it was suppose to be lite ice. I was told it. There were instructed to fill the cups completely with ice and then add the Frostycino.
