Dine in is closed every week, every time I go there. So in order to get food I have to walk up to the drive through window. I don't understand what the problem is, they must be short staffed. This is also a very ghetto area with weird people hanging around outside. Maybe they should just hire security, and leave the doors open? Idk. It's just embarrassing walking up to the window. They could modify the other side to have a walk up window. I've seen that in Kent WA. Ghetto area, doors closed. Honestly I'm just happy to get food.

They always have the doors locked. Covid paranoia in restaurants has been over for almost a year now....yet this one restaurant, Jack In The Box on Trinity Lane stays closed inside. The drive thru?? Even if you are the only customer, prepare to wait 10 minutes for a single value meal.

As we arrived at this restaurant, people started coming out of nowhere. There was one man approached our vehicle and was trying to get us to roll the windows down. We did not! We continued to back out of our parking spot and just go through the drive-thru. I watched as people approached other people's vehicles and was allowed to get in the vehicle with them. I watched as people with duffle bags approached other cars and walked across the roadway. I was a little nervous while waiting at the drive-thru. I would definitely not attempt to go to this restaurant by myself without my guy with me. Even though I tried to keep my mind on what I wanted to eat it was very hard to do with all the commotion going on around me. I was very very nervous. As we approached the menu board I saw lots of nice tasty items to try. We chose the spicy curly fries with pepper jack cheese and jalapenos and the buttery jack burger with lettuce and tomatoes. The spicy curly fries was the best item! When you open the box you want to jump in right away! The cheese is melted perfectly on the fries with crunchy pieces of bacon and sliced jalapenos waiting for your taste buds! It definitely pleased my taste buds for sure! I left no crumb unturned in this box! On the other hand, the buttery jack was a little disappointing. The appearance was very nice. The bun was buttered and shiny. The meat however lacked flavor. The flavor was a little plain but good. The juicy tomato with the mayo and lettuce are what closed the deal for this burger. Without them, this Burger would be a little too dry for me. Overall this was a decent burger though. Would I go back to this place and order again? Yes. Maybe I would try to find a different location for this restaurant. I just didn't feel that safe. I would definitely order the spicy curly fries again for sure! Definitely a favorite item!
