Although the food was good the place is not convenient unless you're walking. Once you get a parking and make your way into the store you're told you can only order with a mask on which is ok but that's the only time it's on and they don't supply one so have it handy. When you order make sure to look at the menu because they don't offer all of it. Once you have selected and want to pay they do not accept gift cards or cash. Card only. That was a different experience but again the food was excellent. Enjoy.

I ate there on 2/11/21 on break yesterday. I was at Belmont working a game. COVID-19 procedures are in play. My food was fresh.

This Chick-fil-A isn't as good as a stand alone one. The chicken isn't cooked as well and the service staff aren't as kind.

This is only from my experience with drive-thru. Always clean. Service is always nice. The orders are usually consistent. I've had the wrong order twice before and Coke has been watered down three times before, but overall, they are a good store.
