I love Jack in the Box. One of my favorite fast good places. However this location is absolute garbage. The employees are mean, one yelled at me and told me to leave. Short story, their hours say 6 am to 10 pm. I work up the street and got there at 6.45 am and she told they weren't open and I had to leave. This has happened several times over the last 6 months. I'd rather you just update your hours of operation, then I wouldn't waste my time driving down. Then, even when I do get someone to help me, they always mess up my order. I have been the only car in line before, and they still messed up my order. Do better or you will inevitably shut down.

We are from out of town and Jack in the Box isn't where we live anymore, but it is something we had as kids and we were very excited to find one. Last night we stopped by and they just had a sign saying only mobile orders. We decided to stop by tonight and try again. The same thing happened, but this time it was a worker who told us. They did not seem very friendly or interested in us. We decided to order through doordash and pick it up since that was the only way we could do it. It took over 40 minutes for doordash to tell us the food may be ready for pickup, since the inside was closed we had to go through the drive through. The system must have started to work because there was a line and they were not getting turned away. We waited in line and got up to the speaker and no one said anything. After a minute or two we finally said hello and the worker answered in a very harsh tone that we could order. We then explained we had a mobile order. They said to pull forward so we did. We got to the window and they start to hand us someone else's drink. We explained we were the mobile order and they quickly closed the window and started working on other stuff. It looked like they did not actually prepare our order even though it was ordered over 40 minutes ago. We then waited at the drive through window for about 10 to 15 minutes before getting our food. After we drive away we checked the food and two sandwiches were messed up. One was supposed to have no tomatoes or ranch sauce. It had both. One was a breakfast sandwich with egg and ham but we received a chicken sandwich with ranch and tomato. Although the other food we got was good it was a real damper because the service was not good, people were honking because of how long it was taking, and the food was messed up. I do not know if this place is like this all the time, but I wish our experience was better because we were really missing the childhood nostalgia.

The service was a actually good the day I was passing through. The area is very sketch though with lots how homeless and beggers sitting around the restaurant. Restaurant is kinda rundown too. Again, the service was good the day I went, and respectful staff.

We have been to this Jack In The Box 3 times and have not been served once! We have been told the systems were down, they were only taking cash, or they were only doing door dash/Uber orders. We waited in line for 20 minutes the most recent time before we go to order to be told ‘only door dash or Uber eats’. We love Jack In The Box but sadly, this location has ruined it for us.
