Please STAY AWAY from this dealership! I have my worst car buying experience at this place. They basically sold me a useless device called LOJACK by cheating. I negotiated with them during sale agreement that I did not want it to which they agreed but in the sales purchase document they added it to the total price but did not print that in the document. The only way I realized it was after buying the car when I did the math, the numbers were off. They even refused to refund me.

I dropped my Lexus at the dealer to have my windshield replaced and recalibrated. It was an insurance claim. They gave me a loaner and called the following day to say it was ready. I thought the Lexus technicians would do the recalibration, but all work was performed by a glass shop coming to the dealers location. The dealer wasn't paid a dime for this repair, but gave me a nice loaner free of charge. Class act. This is one happy customer.

I'd Call And Speak To The Finance Manager Or just stop in and personally visit to see what u qualify for. Stay away from Woodfield Lexus. Once u find a vehicle u like be sure to and for the maintenance history. Rohrman is a reputable dealership but still be careful of flood vehicles from the spring and summer storms
