We paid $2700 plus for breaks and for minor leaks (according to service advisor). The treatment was greatwhen we checked in our car, but after we paid the treatment completely changed. There was a lady who paid about $300 right I front of us. After she paid, they took her out to her car explaining what they have worked on her car. In our case, they took our money and told us to find our car in the lot. We asked why not show us and show us what you have done to the car. My wife requested the service advisor to talk to her. The advisor came but said nothing to show because he said he explained to me when I checked in the car. My wife asked where the car is?. He replied that it was in the lot and he left. I don't understand why they treated us like this? Was it a color issue? I have taken this car for 2 years and did not notice such treatment. I was planning to trade my car for a new car but thanks to their behavior today, we will go to Naperville Lexus.

Great dealership to work with. Placed an order on a vehicle with Larry and the it came in relatively quickly, right around 2 months. The customer from beginning to end was phenomenal and can't recommend them enough. Aldo in finance did not try to sell us anything he knew we wouldn't be interested in and made the process of buying the car as simple as can be and did not waste our time. Bret with technology did a great job answering the questions we had with the new car. All in all great car buying experience, which, in this economy with inflated prices, can be hard to come by. Like I said earlier, can't recommend enough.
