It normally takes quite a bit for me to give five stars only because to me that's perfect and it was. The drive-thru line was busy they handled it very well for lunch time. I had coupons ,they took multiple coupons and multiple items on each coupon. The dollar amount of savings for each coupon was correct when I pulled around to pay. I did not check my order until I got home. The food was hot and correct as ordered. Best of all the food tasted great. Thank you Arby's awesome job!

Even though there's cars in the parking lot and employees dancing inside, apparently they're always closed when I get there between 9:30 and 10pm. And they often screw your order up. Go to the other Arby's if you can. This one should have stayed closed.

I normally go to the Arby's at lebanon Pike but decided to give the Elm Hill Pike location a try since I was closer to this store. Let me tell you this was the WORST MISTAKE I should have stuck to what I've know to be consistent good food and visited my normal location. So let me say that the sweet girl Sarah was very polite she even interacted with my 10 year old over the drive-thru speaker he loved it but so sad to post but little did I know that we'd get $31.00 worth of cold food. Never will I eat at this location again!! I just knew that with her amazing customer service that this order was going to be amazing but nope total 31.00 loss! Never again!

Store’s dining room was closed. I understand that. Staffing issues are common these days. But if there had been a sign on the door or in the window then I wouldn’t have had to get out of my car, walk to the door, and yank on it to find that out. I went to another location; I was craving Arby’s but I figured I’d rather not go to one that can’t be bothered to tape a piece of paper to the glass.
