They had no cashier. Kept telling a Spanish guy, use Kiosk. He had no idea what to do. What if you have cash? Then they made my sandwich wrong twice. Every time I brought it back to the counter. I got an attitude from the little girl. Saying "what's wrong now". Really? I will not go to this place again!

Blanket

This morning I woke up and saw that a bill had come out of my account that I wasn't anticipating. I was $100 overdrawn in my account. I have only until midnight to catch it up and so I went doordashing. Though it doesn't pay as much as my real job, it allows me to spend time with my pup. She's been through a great deal, as many of us have in the last couple years, and so to spend time with her is more important to me than ever. After door dashing in the heat(100-degree weather) we headed home I had no money obviously, so I used my points to get a free frappe at McDonalds. Lauren came out to bring it to us in the curbside pickup. When she saw Lulu, my little fur baby, she made the biggest fuss over her. It warmed my heart to see such a positive interaction. In these days, the food industry is one of the hardest places to work. Staff are underpaid, overworked and they are always short-staffed. It is so easy to feel beaten down by our economy today. But Lauren showed exactly what it means to be a wonderful person. When she saw Lulu she asked if she could treat her to something and I said absolutely, that would be wonderful. Lulu usually does get treats when she goes places with me, but unfortunately we just couldn't afford it today. Lauren came back out with a full cup of ice cream just for Lulu! Lulu could not stand how excited she was. She worked just as hard as I had today and Lauren made it the best day. I don't know if we'll make our bill today, but I still feel rich in kindness from what I received from a wonderful person who remembers what it's like to be a person in this world just trying to get by. we just really need kindness and unity more than money and a smile is worth more than gold. Lauren, thank you so much for being an example of what we all should be to one another. You are an extraordinary woman.Lulu and I will be coming to visit you as much as we can, and I hope you know what a difference your kindness made in our day today. I'll be putting her name in the app. I hope the powers that be know what a gift you are to this company, and that they do whatever it takes to take care of you and appreciate what a person they have representing them. Everyday i try to fine someone who is my example of what i want to more be like. I call them my daily heroes. You're my hero today.

I came here to post about an employee at this specific McDonald’s. Her name is Lauren and she is always the absolute bright spot in my day. If you happen to go through the drive-thru and see Lauren, say or do something to make her day great because she deserves it.

Definitely not worth it, rude & wrong order. It happened twice this month, we ordered cheese burger and spicy chicken sandwich but got 2 fish filets. ***Just 1 person working on taking orders/cooking and registrar, what else would you expect with 15 cars in the drive through.
