The one star is for the quality of food, the Staff deserve Zero Stars. The young Black Lady with long braided hair, who may or may not be pregnant at the drive thru window needs to be Terminated Immediately. Her attitude is Disgusting and this makes her quite Ugly. She acts as of the customers are bothering her, she doesn't speak at all when taking your money or giving you the Wrong Order. I've filled 2 complaints and will be speaking to corporate soon. She's a Nightmare.

We pulled in to the drive thru (its very narrow) and we were greeted in a low voice that we could barely hear. We asked for just a minute to order. It was about 30 seconds later and we were rudely asked if we were ready yet...I would somewhat understand if there was anyone else waiting but we were the only car in the drive thru and I didn't see any cars parked for dine in. As we were ordering she kept rushing us to finish our order. When we got to the window we had to wait on food, which I understand if its busy but again there weren't any vehicles there for dine in. In all the service was rude and unfriendly and it seemed like the employees hated their jobs and made that very apparent. One good thing I can say is the lady who came to the window was nicer. The food is also good. We love Krystal but we won't be going back to this location.

We didn’t get to try the food. There were lots of cars in line, so we thought we would go inside for a late lunch… The doors were locked. At first there was an employee sweeping in the dining area. We sat in our car and observed employees playing… They were laughing and taking selfies. Even the one who was sweeping joined in on the fun… I started to take a picture, but I didn’t want to start something… The line of cars wasn’t moving. So, we left. We had never eaten at this restaurant and we live over 6 hours away. I don’t think we want to stop here again.

The staff was good to me and the food was tasty! Been going to that Krystal since I was a child. It's a blast from the past.
