They did not get our order right and we waited 20 extra minutes for a hot dog they forgot to include. Notified them immediately and they tried to charge me for an entirely new hot dog. I had to walk to the front, knock to get their attention, and then show them my receipt, and even then waited so long I had to check back in. Unsure what took so long, especially because the hot dog felt hard and undercooked. I was not impressed with the service here.

I ordered the Oreo cheesecake blast, but my shake had peanut butter in it. So they gave me the wrong flavor, luckily I don't have a peanut allergy.

What a nightmare today! Drive thru line around the building, so i waited at stall 12 for 5 minutes after pushing the red button. After no answer I opened my Sonic App and placed my order to be delivered to my stall. 15 minutes later the screen is still showing "in the kitchen" I ordered 4 drinks, mozzarella sticks and a double sonic burger. I called the store. No answer. By this time the drive thru line was gone so I pulled up to the speaker and without me saying anything I was told that their system was down and I would have to come back another time. I explained that I had already ordered and PAID! I was instructed to pull up to the winder where I was told that the ice cream machine was GONE, not broken, but gone and I couldn't get a milk shake. I told them a substitute . When I was given my burger, it was made wrong, and when I told them it was entered in the app correctly I was told my the attendant not to get an attitude and she walked away. I assumed a new burger was coming so I waited. It did come. Now I have cold mozzarella sticks and watered down drinks and a headache. If you cant do business well, then don't do business. #dobetter

I would do no stars if possible! This is by far the worst so I’ve I’ve been to. My burger was old, and the bun was falling apart pretty much on me and my sisters sandwich. The fries were not fresh. And I had asked for onions on my chili cheese tots and I did not receive that. Very disappointed Sonic :(
