So my fiance and I decided to give this location another try. Pretty big mistake. The bathroom were atrocious. The customer service was a step down from before. We stood at the counter for about 10 minutes, employees even noticed us and still didn't take outlet order. When they finally did the guy was rude and acted like he would rather be stubbing his toe repeatedly on a wall than at work. That being said, I got a 10 piece chicken nugget meal and was asked what kind of sauce. Told them sweet n sour. Ended up with bbq. Why ask if your not gonna put the right one in the bag? My fiance got a mcdouble bundle. Both our fries were brown and hard, like they had been chilling just waiting for someone to purchase them. So needless to say, me personally will not give this location another chance to rip me of hard earned money that I work to get. Nor do I want to let another person go what I went through, 2 times now. If I could rate half a star, best believe I would.

I have never had a problem at this McDonald's before and we do here often but last night the lobby was closed it was about 8:30 but we went through the drive-thru to grab some late dinner and we seen a guy behind us walking up and had ordered as well he couldn't speak English very well so we will have him pay and then go up to the next when do to get our food and the gentleman walks up to our car and asked if we could go around and Order dinner for his kids because they're not letting him order because he has to have a car we were shocked and appalled there was nothing wrong with him ordering walking up and ordering dinner it wasn't asking for money he had that himself the only thing he was trying to do was get his kids something to eat so we drove around ordered for him paid went to the second window and my husband asked the woman in the window why can't people walk up when the Lobby is closed in order she said oh they can it just depends on who's back there working if they will let him or not this is unacceptable our society should be better than this and to treat people like that just because they don't have a car or it could have been hate I don't know! only place I've ever heard of that won't let you walk through the drive-thru when the Lobby is closed very disappointed

The drive thru attendant said "what" when asked a question. This was unacceptable on the side of proper manners when addressing a gentleman nearly twice maybe even 3 times his age. I also didnt get half of my order and was treated as if it was an inconvenience to accommodate what i had paid for. The part of the order i received was incorrect and old. It tasted as if it had been sitting under the warmer for quite some time. This is probably the absolute worst service ive ever received at any McDonalds in all my years of visiting the establishment and i will NEVER go back because this isnt the first time.......they were actually given a second chance to get their act together and failed epically. Management of this facility cares even less than the hourly employees and fast food is a foreign word to these guys if you want it fresh and hot. Fast not a part of the equation Nor is the typical fresh and friendly that the McDonald's brand is supposed to represent. Poorest in the land my friends...........i give them actually a minus 5.
