Fantastic. Tacos were better than some authentic Mexican spots I’ve been to. Crew was so nice but they had it way too hot in there I know they be dying in the back tryna cook in this heat give them some A/C for christ sake. Also whatever you’re paying your crew, pay em more they work hard and deserve it

I changed my review because the management was quick to respond, and made me reconsider. One knock is how how hard this place is to get in and out of, even without heavy traffic. I know that's not their fault though! I do wish they were friendlier than just shoving my fast food bag out the window without a word, then shutting the window. That said, the food was a 7 out of 10, and served very quickly.

Had the worst experience here with customer service. I'm soft spoken and everyone in my car was ordering for themselves. I ordered tiny tacos and 2 tacos, we asked if they heard that and the woman said she did. When we got to the front we noticed my 2 tacos weren't on the receipt so we asked her to add them, she refused to because other cars were in line and she was convinced I never ordered 2 tacos. We ask for the manager and she proceeds to yell and act belligerent while we are trying to explain the situation. We left without my tacos or an apology. Worse customer service ever this woman should not work with the public if she can't communicate professionally with customers.

My first experience with Jack in the Box and I was a bit disappointed. The girl in drive thru could've been a bit more customer service oriented. They were out of a few things. At least they weren't stingy with the sauce 🤷♀️

Haha. Bs were mask I think not. Every time I'm even up there your Lobby is closed. And your employees can't even wear protective protection or even work attire I have pictures I've posted to prove that you need extensive reevaluation on your stores policies Nd and practices.
