Would definitely recommend this place to all my friends! I had an emergency with my eye accidentally damaged by bushes in my garden. I was in pain. They were able to see me the same day and I got the right treatment, I was totally healed in few days. Great doctor. Great staff. Thank you!

Have to give a huge shout out to Triangle Family Eye Care for helping me get some temporary frames after breaking my old pair this morning. I ordered new glasses with them last week, but they were not in yet. The staff managed to find some 'loaner' frames that my 2 year old lenses fit in to get me by until my new glasses come in. I'm very grateful, much better than trying to use Scotch tape to hold them together!

Would not recommend! My husband went for an annual eye check-up and to get a script for contacts. When he got to the appointment they told him he needed an additional retinal eye scan, had to be dilated and a special contact fitting exam all which were up charges not covered by insurance. They then lied to him and said by insurance he needs to get the retinal exam. He denied the services and just wanted an annual exam but they couldn’t do contacts without an absurd up charge. He tells them he’s taking his business elsewhere and then they charge us a cancellation fee! This place is dishonest and only cares about upselling and getting as much money as possible out of people that doesn’t require an insurance claim.

I usually don’t do reviews but I had to for Triangle Family eye care because, I feel like the staff is just top tier. I can’t stress enough how great they are at their job but more importantly I love how human they are and that means a lot when everyone tries so hard to be a business. Great place likely won’t go anywhere else and I hope they no how appreciative I am.
