I never received the food because I was in the drive-through line for over 30 minutes so I left this this is unacceptable for it to be a fast food restaurant with a drive-through

I was waiting in line for about 15 minutes before I realized the 3 people ahead of me was waiting on someone to take there order. While I was making my exit to McDonald's up the street I noticed 2 delivery drivers disputing there missing orders.

As if going there was bad enough, don’t order through deliver apps unless you want to have your order show up completely wrong with missing items. Last night I ordered 3 regular chicken nuggets, a large fry, a frosty, and a soda as well as a baconator. I get the baconator, but 2 regular nuggets, and two spicy nuggets. Which my wife ate not knowing they were spicy. (She hates spicy stuff like that) and was scared to eat the regular ones because she didn’t know if those were spicy or not. Also no fries, drink, or frosty came in that order. TODAY, I ordered just a strawberry frosty, and got a strawberry lemonade instead. ITS NOT WHAT I WANTED! I’ve gotten full refunds from Uber eats for these mistakes. I’m shocked they haven’t had their Contracts pulled for this.

I had to pick up order for customer. When I arrived the place was locked. Outside was a huge line for drive thru. I thought to my self that if I wait for this line it will take me 30 min. In old America they used to say time is money, so I walked to drive thru window and begged girl with attitude to give me my order for such and such client, so I wouldn’t have to wait in such line. She gave to me and I delivered to the customer.

I don't know stop eating there chili years ago when I found something look like a stick in the downtown Wendy when it was on Washington Street a few doors over from McDonald's. Call management or ask for headquarters number or email 📧 let them know your issues and if enough people complain they have to accommodate. A lot of products in restaurants and stores are being reduced or skimp compared to years before. Good luck how your issues are resolved. I love the fries 🍟 chicken nuggets and chicken sandwich. I especially love my strawberry 🍓 😍 🍋 nade. When I could eat burgers I would buy plan hamburger nothing on it, taste like real beef.
