Just ordered a couple cones for the road - took over 20 minutes. Order accepted, given a number then disappeared. Was told we didn't pay - never asked for payment. This McDonald's has horrible service. Yet again sorry we tried to save time by stopping here. Wendy's is just down the street!!

Will never go there anymore. Ordered food in the Drive-Thru and the car cut me off to get get ahead of me. As I'm waiting I see the employee give the woman my food. The woman goes through the bag and realized it wasn't her food. When I got to the window they tried to rebag my food and give it to me. I said no I wanted them to remake my food fresh. After almost 3 minutes they came back to give me the same bag with the stale fries in it as if I didn't know what they did. I demanded my money back and never going there again. They are a very unprofessional. Talking and being on their phones are more important. Very disgusted with them.

This McDonald's is the worse one I've been too, every single time I've gone here they always mess up my order. They're very careless and obviously don't pay attention to what they're doing. I had to wait 15 minutes for a rootbeer, one time after already waiting 10 minutes in the drive thru. The management here is pathetic. I wouldn't pay any employee here more than $5 an hour. As an entry level job for teenagers, it's pretty sad to see people in their 30's still behave the way they do.
