At first we were planning to go inside to sit down before realizing you can't go in, not the employees fault, but should have better signage. We pulled up to one of the ordering stations and after pushing the button to order were told "we are only taking mobile or call ahead orders", before being hung up on with no follow up. We tried to ask if we could order online but got no further response. We decided to try going through the drive through and it seems they were allowing drive through orders. Lots of people cutting the line for the drive through and the parking lot is a chaotic pit of random people screaming obscenities and running around. I really wish they had advised us to go through the drive through rather than flatly stating that they weren't taking orders, which clearly wasn't true. It seemed like there weren't a lot of people on shift and the employees were visibly frazzled. The saving grace was the food, exactly as we ordered it and very tasty for fast food. No napkins and missing some cutlery made it difficult to eat everything. It really seems like they weren't equipped to handle the volume of people and we saw lots of other people leaving angry. Not sure what is up, but it took well over an hour to get food here.

I give Sonic Drive-In 5 star for they have the best milkshakes ever. And the foods is good too. The employees that work there are the most friendly people. I will definitely keep coming back.

Sonic this time, is way better. The lady sonic there was a failure. Our experience was when they were extremely understaffed, but the one employee there was able to keep her cool, and make our food in under ten minutes. And the food of the three cars in front of us. Bravo. The MC flurry equivalent is so much better than McDonald's. It actually tastes like iced cream! WITH OREOS!!! So good

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I tried to bring my niece a few weeks ago because she never had it. We went to the drive thru, nothing. We pulled into one of the spaces and they told us to go to the drive thru. We went back and they asked to take our order. When we responded their was a long pause. Someone then replied “I’m sorry the health inspector is here can you drive to the 1st window.” We were so weirded out we left. Last week she asked if we could try again so we did. Get to the drive thru and it’s the same weird pause and someone with an attitude. She had an attitude when we tried to order shakes as if we were supposed to know the machine was down. Go to the window and it’s even worst. She’s saying absolutely nothing. No reminder of the price, no your straw, nothing. She hands us a bunch of food items with no bags. We had no idea the utensils were in them and she had an attitude that we asked. No bueno. Will not come again and don’t recommend this location.
