Poor customer service . The night time employees at center st Manchester ct treat their customer like dirt and give nothing but additudes . Their signs out side say open til 12 am . And at 1058 walk in to order food and ask to use the rest room and get a extremely rude additude and then have another employee follow me leaving . I am waiting to contact corporate if this is how ur employees react when there sign is saying your open for another hour and the corporation does not take responsibliy for there worker then I will have to go to the next in charge

sketchy service at this restaurant. every time we go there...(out of convenience), food is always missing from the order. example: i ordered 2 #7 meals yesterday. i was handed 4 cheeseburgers in a bag. when i asked for the rest of the meal, they said, "oh yeah. hold on...." really?

I ordered a medium iced lattee through the drive through. After waiting for about 20 minutes, I finally received it, and it tasted absolutely disgusting! Im not sure what the crew put in there or did to it. Im not if the ingredients were spoiled, but the latte tasted sour. I could not drive back because I clocked into work so I tried calling the location and the manager or shift leader, a heavy set black woman with short hair, refused to speak to me. The staff definitely needs more training and manager too. TLDR: save you time and your money! Don’t eat from here!

Horrible, staff undertrained, ever cutting up filling around meanwhile customers being ignored and drive thru backed up. Never get order right and couldn't even mix the shamrock shake
