I was here sunday night at 10.30pm. The doors to the dining area was locked. Funny thing is they have the hours posted on the same door that the dining area closes at 11pm. 😡😡 I was in a truck which can't go through the drive thru because of height restrictions. I tried knocking on the glass door and windows but I think the employees at this particular Mcdonald's are tone deaf after 10pm..smh

Pretty standard McDonald's but generally clean. It's busy, but the lines tend to move faster than in some of the other locations in the area.

This location always gets my orders correct. Not the case at the rt. 83 Vernon location.

Updated SEPTEMBER 2022 I didn't think it was possible but this location actually has worse customer service and food. I order an oatmeal - no apples and a drink every morning on the app when I leave the house. In one week, I got 4 different, incorrect versions and one day they couldn't find the order. The manager cannot control the staff who are very rude. The drive thru speaker is too close to the highway because they can never hear you no matter how loud you shout. JANUARY 2022 Check your order before you leave!! This is our go to location based on proximity only, not quality. More times than not, our order is incorrect. Sometimes the food is cold or the buns are stale. Usually the order is wrong. Also, if you have to wait for something they forget they parked you to wait so you have to track your food down. Management has gone down hill over the past few years. Sure, it's fast food but there's still expectations for hot, fresh food even at McDonald's!!
