A horribly run company, and I do not recommend for ANYONE to go through them for a certification. I was able to perform the course, and after over a month of reaching out to both CPR instructors about when I could receive my card and/or any updates, I have still not received my card and due to lack of communication I am unable to get a refund. One instructor has not answered any of my calls nor emails, along with the same cricket noise for my husband, and employer. The other instructor seems to be incompetent in order to help resolve the situation and seems to be a puppet with responses. TRULY unprofessional instructors and seem to not care about others who work in healthcare.
