We had an excellent experience at the Grand Appliance in Brookfield, WI. Our dryer died days before and I had been doing major searching and price comparing online. We didn’t need anything super special but wanted a matching washer and dryer that were going to last. Every where I looked was pretty expensive and then extra fees were tacked on for delivery and removal of old appliances and installation. Our salesman, Jeff, at Grand Appliance asked what our situation was and didn’t push any outrageous priced washer and dryer at us. He recommended two different sets and gave us time to talk it over privately. We decided to go with one of the sets he recommended and were so happy to hear that delivery, installation (including everything needed for connecting the gas line and everything), and hauling away the old ones was under $100! Delivery was set for 2 days after purchase. I will never go anywhere else now! Thanks Grand Appliance!

This is the worst customer service I've ever received. I purchased a microwave on April 15 2022. I opted to pick up the product at the DC, which required a 50 minute drive, because I had a contractor at the home ready to help me install the microwave that I selected. Before leaving, I asked three different people to confirm that the product was physically on site, and pull it ahead of time. Three people declined to do this but assured me that everything would be there when I arrived. Of course, they did not have the microwave that I purchased, the only option provided was to swap the purchase for a lower quality microwave that I did not want. This took almost two hours. If that wasn't enough. In four months, the microwave malfunctioned, and a tech was sent out, he ordered parts as the unit is still under warranty. I have 9 calls in to customer service and nobody will return my call regarding an update on the issue which has been going on over three weeks. Nobody knows who was contracted to fix the microwave; customer service has asked me twice if I knew who was sent out, as if that is my responsibility. Repeated attempts to speak to a manager have been declined. This submission was written while on hold for the nineth time, before being sent to voicemail.
