I literally just love this Location. Even though it's Not an actual Starbucks Location. They have what I love lol & they are always Nice. EVEN when I see them getting "Slammed" with customers. (They usually only have 2 max staff at a time.) BUT they definitely get you through the line, with patience and respect. I'm there at least once a week. Lol see u next week. ;)

This is the second time at this location I have had a bad experience! Yesterday was the worse!! There was only one employee working on the day after Christmas so I was being very patient but it took 34 minutes to get my drink with only 4 people in front of me! I had to wait even longer after two people after me ordered had received their drink! When I finally got my drinks it was made wrong! I ordered 2 crème brûlée and received 2 peppermint mocha! I asked for a refund but was told they can’t but they can remake my drink! I did not want to wait any longer so I had to go to service desk to ask for a refund! NEVER will I be back!
