Generally, I liked this location for convenience, correctness of orders, and friendliness of staff. Until Recently I pointed out an issue of concern and that comment was met at the window with an argument, excuses, RBF, and call corporate (To me call corporate means we don’t care). As a customer I don’t want and argument, just hear me and move on with just a smidgen of consideration and I’m okay. Your (k@t) RBF combined with ignoring me until my order was ready was the worst customer service I’ve experience in this location, congratulations. BTW corporate could not fix the issue that morning, you (k@t) or a co-worker could have ended this, but you clearly didn’t care enough to try. I took your advice and contacted corporate. THEY apologized for your RBF and customer disrespect. THEY couldn’t fix the issue because as we both know “corporate” isn’t local, however the refund was appreciated. Your true colors are exposed, you should not be in a customer facing position. I'll give this location 3 stars, 1 star when this person is working, 5 stars when she is not.

Honestly idk why all the bad reviews. i order drinks pretty often from here and they are made really fast and the staff is so sweet. :)

I am a Starbucks barista and understand what the drinks are suppose to look like when made correctly. Going up to the window raegan handed us out drinks with an attitude and one of them didn’t look correct. I asked her to remake it and she said it was made correctly with more attitude that was unnecessary.
