This is my home Starbucks. And they have gotten so much better in the last few months with speeding up the drive thru lines. Excellent staff, and service.

I'm a huge fan of the drive thru service! Since Covid, they always seem to be out of something. Luckily, I'm laid back and just choose something else off the menu. Would really love to see more gluten friendly options.

Their mobile orders were down today, and we didn't notice it until we got to the store and they let us know. Low and behold it was sent to the Brookfield location, because this location was understaffed. Totally understandable. But Ryan asked me, what I was waiting for, I told him the mistake I made. He told me to get my phone and he'd honor the order since I already paid for it. They were understaffed, and the drivethru was wrapped, this man took the time to help me and take care of me. Still with a smile!! I don't know if he's a superhero or what, but today he was my superhero and he made my day. Ryan needs a raise at this location!
