Definitely will not be returning, not sure what happened to Dunkin donuts but seems like the pandemic ruined everything good about this place in general not speaking on this specific location. Service and quality of products have greatly reduced. Seems they want to make money anyway possible and that includes less staff and cheaper food imports. Needless to say, food was bland had no flavor. Had the sausage egg and cheese croissant, hash browns were swimming in a sea of dirty frying oil inside the bag we were given. Ordered a large mocha swirl signature latte with whole milk and sugar. Was given some sort of chocolate black coffee. Bitter as all get out, threw it away after the initial sip. Dunkin is going downhill fast I would choose another place to get coffee or food rather than be disappointed by what they are giving to the paying consumer.

This week I went to this location for a second time and it was definitely my last. Awful service. I literally waiting 30 minutes for them to take my order (an iced coffee) and when I asked if my order could be taken instead of being ignored so they could just help the drive through I was met with an annoying glare and eye roll. There were three people working but not much of a hustle. Super disappointed. Don’t go to this location.

On 11/29 /2020. First drink had plastic pieces. Brought it back. Second drink had plastic in it. Was unable to drink either drink. Tried calling, they wouldn't answer. Called and emailed corporate, they did nothing. All I asked for was a credit back to my account and was ignored. Very disappointed.

** Sharp Plastic in a Child’s Drink** Our 11 yr old son ordered a frozen hot chocolate from this location on 11.29.20. He had consumed almost the entire concoction when we noticed tiny plastic shards remaining at the bottom of his cup that were small enough to fit through a straw. After unsuccessfully attempting to reach someone at the store for over an hour, we returned to the restaurant with the plastic to determine exactly what the source was. What we encountered was an uncooperative staff and managers who were “too busy” to help us with the situation, although they did inform us that another customer had complained about the exact same thing earlier the same day. Sara and Daniella (one a store and another an area manager), when reached via phone by an on-site employee, asked for our contact information to connect with us the next day, as they would have more time to discuss then. I’d love to know what took priority over addressing the tiny pieces of plastic their store placed in a child’s drink. Customer safety does not seem to be a matter of importance here. We won’t be back. We had to select one star to post this review. That's one star too many. Avoid at all costs.
